He started his legal career with the top corporate law firm Slaughter and May, and then Allen & Overy LLP, before becoming a partner at Norton Rose Fulbright LLP. He originally graduated in medicine and worked as a junior doctor before qualifying as a solicitor.
Tak frequently provides corporate, commercial and finance advice to entrepreneurs. He has advised on numerous transformative transactions for client businesses.
He specialises in fundraisings and exit deals, particularly in the tech sector. He has a wealth of in-depth experience in advising founders on funding rounds, shareholders' agreements and governance, and share incentive schemes. He is regularly involved in business sales and acquisitions, and corporate restructurings.
