How We Work

Our clients are based throughout the UK and further afield. All transactions are led by Tak Matsuda who has a wealth of experience in corporate and commercial transactions gained in leading City of London law firms, and as a board adviser.

We use the internet extensively to help us advise our clients and manage transactions. We have adopted technology for remote working so that we can work flexibly. We do not have high overheads of many law firms with employees working in physical office spaces in expensive locations.

What Our Clients Say

Crest Legal was our sole representative in the sale of a significant stake in our company (UK) to a US based entity. Tak’s advice, patience and service were exceptional, and we feel lucky to have worked with him. Will be hiring again!

Tak is great. Very concrete, concise and were able to answer the questions and explain the potential options in a simple and understandable manner. Would be happy to work with him again.
